Objectives

The objectives of The Folate Experiment Part 2 were to:

  • Investigate the very significant differences between results reported for three assay methods for the measurement of red-cell folate.
  • Produce a detailed biocchemical and haematological record of the development of megaloblastic anaemia due to experimental folate deficiency
